Remember to have some way for us to contact you - we can't help you unless we have this information. We will not disclose to your employer that you have contacted us.
It is advised against using company computers, e-mail accounts, and outgoing mail servers when communicating with anyone from our legal team. Under the attorney-client privilege, both attorneys and their clients are protected from being compelled to disclose confidential communications between them made for the purpose of furnishing or obtaining legal advice or assistance. E-mail communication with our legal team may not be protected by the attorney-client privilege if sent from company computers, email servers, and wired or wireless networks. When choosing to communicate by e-mail with anyone from our legal team, please do so using a private e-mail account on a private computer.
